Founded in May 1996, Bags began primarily as a distributor of stock industrial packaging. An early adopter of technology, Bags developed its first website in 1996 and used the web as its main source of marketing and advertising. By the end of 1997, Bags re-evaluated customer needs and requests and began to focus more on retail packaging, adding paper bagsshopper, merchandise and SOSto its existing inventory of plastic products.
Bags is now a fully integrated supplier of retail packaging materials, operating both an active web site and retail
showroom. Bags serves both domestic and international clients, maintaining a friendly interaction with all customers,
whether in person, on the phone or electronically. A high demand for custom materials and many customer requests for
single sourced packaging materials, led Bags to add cloth bags and lines of ribbon, tissue, boxes and other accessory packaging supplies.
